I was on a vacation trip in my show quality 1935 Ford coupe street rod and developed what appeared to be a fuel pump problem. I dropped in about mid-day without an appointment at Courtesy Automotive and was taken in immediately by Dale and staff. Andy confirmed the pump problem and Mike and Dale ordered a replacement while Andy began the process of replacing it. This was not an easy task as it required removal of the rumble seat to gain access to the pump location. Andy was extremely careful and treated the car like it was his own. I would have been on my way the same day but the replacement part was wrong and needed to be re-ordered. Dale helped me with my overnight accomodations and when I returned early the next morning the repair was nearly complete. They finished up with the same caution and diligence, treating my car with the respect that I felt it deserved. The price was fair and I was extremely satisfied with the job they did. I continued on my vacation to the East Coast after a trip to the top of Pike's Peak. The car ran fantastic the whole way, many thanks to Dale, Mike, and Andy. I would gladly recommend their services to any one.
We were travelling with a youth group to summer camp and had a radiator leak right when we got off I-25 in a diesel pickup, and while we were figuring out what to do with that, the battery died in our second vehicle. We walked over to Courtesy and Michael Ethier was very accomodating and was able to get the battery changed in about 2 1/2 hours from when we first arrived, and the radiator was done (complete replacement) and back on the road in about 4 1/2 hours. Pricing was fair, and the work was well done. No one likes to have a breakdown on the road, but I would go back to Courtesy without any hesitation.
Traveling to camp with 11 kids and a trailer full of camping supplies and the radiator gave up. Things did not seem to be going well and then we visited with Courtesy and within 4 hours had my trucked fixed and fully operational and back on the road!Very proffesional and courteous! Great people and the boys had fun at camp!
Over ten years of Courtesy Automotive working on four cars without a return to fix the corrected problem is proof of their automotive knowledge and their thorough craftsmanship. All work is competed correctly the first time!
Great customer servicev they go above and beyond if they can save you money on your repair they will help fiqure out an alternative solution to save you money on the repair . Now I liked that.
Hands down best service since I moved to the springs I am a new customer now I will be a long term customer for all my repair needs.
Always helpful and professional. Would recommend.
I want to say thank you to Courtesy Automotive on 8th Street. After buying a used car that turned out to be busted and unsafe... After getting the runaround from another auto shop and then flat out lied to by the dealer's Service Center... Courtesy dialed in the exact issues and problems with the truck and fixed it for a realistic and merciful price. They knew they had a customer that needed help and they could have played the same games the others tried to play, they could have really taken advantage of me, but they HELPED! Thank you to Mike and the Mechanics (as I like to call them) over at Courtesy! Yes, they were costly repairs, but they were the RIGHT repairs... not a rip off! ...and now, I have a truck that is safe and reliable and good to go. Courtesy rocked it!
I was passing thru the Springs, went to two other shops & was told it would be at least an hour before my car would come in, all I needed was a brake light bulb replaced. I didnt want to get a ticket. I saw Courtesy Automotive & thought I'd give them a try, their bays & parking lot was full, It wasnt looking promising here either. Mike grabbed a technician out of the shop off another job, had him replace my bulb while he made me a receipt. Best service in town & best 35 bucks I spent to avoid a ticket. Got me back on the road without worries of being stopped for brake light out. Shame on Brakes PLus & Meineke. Thanks Mike & Allen.
My family and I were driving home to Texas when our car broke down in CO. I limped to two other auto repair shops and they could not get us in for a day or two, one of them was even very rude. Courtesy Automotive was recommended and I was very pleased! They are nice, trustworthy, thorough and very knowledgeable! If I lived in CO Springs, this would be my shop. Thanks again guys for getting us back on the road!
I'm 22 and I know nothing about cars, But I will miss this crew so much when I leave the springs. Amazing service, so trustworthy, great people. I recommend them out to friends all the time. THANK YOU so much courtesy auto.
